Through agents, and an our easy "Plug and re-Place" system, it is possible to overcome any breakdown, within 36 hours. We supply you with a new lamp housing/ballast while the damaged is being repaired. Lamp housings and ballasts all have a part number and a unique serial number attached.

Agents will at all time, be able to supply you with the necessary spare parts. This will normally ensure that you have any spare part within 24 hours. Most parts are also availiable at DPL, see Spare Part Price List with Pictures.
